How to do that? Can&#8217;t just use the old inittab configuration file and set initdefault to 3 anymore.<\/p>\n<p>I ended up changing the systemd default target. On the running system the \/etc\/systemd\/system\/default.target is a symlink to \/usr\/lib\/systemd\/system\/graphical.target, but if I replace that with a symlink to \/usr\/lib\/systemd\/system\/multi-user.target, that system will come up to runlevel 3.
